Terms and Conditions of Service for INDUSTRIAL POWER UP:
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between INDUSTRIAL POWER UP and clients engaging in the services provided by the company. By choosing to use our services, clients agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Services:
INDUSTRIAL POWER UP offers specialized programming services for emissions system modifications, including DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), and DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) alterations, exclusively for two purposes:
(a) diagnostic procedures, and (b) off-road use.
2. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicles, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and adhering to the terms outlined in the disclaimer of liability. Clients engaging in diagnostic services must commit to restoring their trucks to EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) standards after the completion of diagnostic procedures.
3. Service Fees and Payments:
Clients agree to pay the specified fees for the services rendered by INDUSTRIAL POWER UP. Payment terms and methods will be communicated to the client prior to the initiation of services.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with INDUSTRIAL POWER UP’s refund policy.
5. Modification of Services:
INDUSTRIAL POWER UP reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Clients acknowledge that the company is not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
6. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by INDUSTRIAL POWER UP, including but not limited to software, codes, and programming techniques, remain the exclusive property of the company.
7. Confidentiality:
INDUSTRIAL POWER UP agrees to keep client information confidential and not to disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without the client’s explicit consent.
8. Limitation of Liability:
INDUSTRIAL POWER UP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
INDUSTRIAL POWER UP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
