The request for a refund is made within 30 days of service completion.

Our team will review your request and may request additional documentation or evidence to assess the validity of the claim.
  • Refund Resolution: If  your request for a refund is approved, INDUSTRIAL POWER UP will initiate the refund process promptly. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
  • Limitations and Exclusions: INDUSTRIAL POWER UP reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the specified eligibility criteria or are deemed to be outside the scope of this policy. Refunds will not be granted for issues unrelated to the services provided by INDUSTRIAL POWER UP or caused by third-party modifications, alterations, or negligence.

4. Exclusions from Warranty:
The warranty does not cover the following:
– Physical damage to the ECM.
– Malfunctions or issues unrelated to the services provided by INDUSTRIAL POWER UP.
– Modifications or alterations made to the ECM by parties other than INDUSTRIAL POWER UP.

5. Warranty Claim Process:
Clients seeking warranty service must:
– Contact INDUSTRIAL POWER UP within the 90-day warranty period.
– Provide details of the issue, proof of purchase, and service completion.
– Allow INDUSTRIAL POWER UP to assess the claim and determine eligibility for warranty service.

6. Warranty Resolution:
If the issue is determined to be within the scope of the warranty, INDUSTRIAL POWER UP will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected components or provide an equivalent remedy. The decision of INDUSTRIAL POWER UP regarding warranty claims is final.

7. Limitation of Liability:
