Mack DPF Delete Kit

The primary function of the DPF filter system is to reduce emissions by trapping exhaust contaminants, preventing them from entering the atmosphere. However, this system can affect the efficiency and reliability of your diesel engine. It may cause issues such as increased backpressure, higher fuel consumption, DPF clogging, and higher maintenance costs.

Our Mack DPF delete kit disables the regeneration cycle. With ECM tuning, we turn off the regeneration process, allowing your engine to perform more efficiently.

Mack EGR delete kit

The Mack EGR Delete Kit helps improve fuel economy, reduce engine maintenance, and extend the lifespan of your diesel engine. The EGR’s main function is to reduce emissions by recirculating exhaust gases back into the engine’s air intake. However, this causes soot buildup in the intake and turbo, which can make the turbo sticky and less responsive, negatively affecting engine performance and reliability. With the Paccar EGR delete tuning, the EGR valve and sensors are disabled internally. All you need to do is block off the EGR (If needed).

SCR is designed to reduce the amount of emissions produced by the engine. It works by injecting DEF into the exhaust stream, turning emissions into nitrogen and water. However, there are several problems with SCR systems:

• The need for DEF fluid.
