These terms cover the use of this website and the remote ECM tuning services sold through it. Placing an order means you accept them.
Services
Industrial Powerup provides remote ECM calibration services for on-highway trucks and off-road machinery, delivered over a remote connection using your own laptop and flashing hardware. Every calibration is built for the specific engine, ECM and VIN supplied at time of order.
Off-road use only
DEF, DPF, EGR and SCR delete calibrations are intended for off-road, competition, or otherwise emissions-exempt use only, in accordance with applicable federal and state law. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm how a vehicle may be lawfully operated in their jurisdiction.
Ordering & payment
- Orders placed through the site or checkout are requests to book a tuning session — a technician confirms fitment before any charge is finalized.
- Pricing shown is per unit/engine and can change without notice until an order is confirmed.
- A secure payment link is sent once fitment is confirmed; no card is stored on this site.
Support & revisions
Free revisions are provided for the calibration originally sold if a fault (CEL, inducement, derate, drivability issue) traces back to the tune itself. Support does not cover unrelated mechanical issues, other prior modifications, or damage from customer-side hardware failure.
Liability
Industrial Powerup is not liable for damage arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer (VIN, ECM part number, hardware in use) or from use of the vehicle in a manner that violates applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page is the one in effect.
